How much is your monthly rent?
One bedrooms apartments range from $1275 to $1650 per month & Two bedroom apartments range from $1500 to $2400 per month depending on the size, location and floorplan.
Do you allow pets?
We allow up to two dogs and/or cats within our apartments however Pit Bulls, Doberman, Rottweiler and German Shepherd dog breeds are not permitted. All pets must be spayed/ neutered and up-to-date with their vaccinations. We also require a non-refundable pet fee of $300 due at move-in, as well as additional $30 per month pet rent per pet.
What utilities am I responsible for?:
Residents are responsible for paying the charges for and costs of the following: PECO (Electric and Gas), PA American Water (Water and Sewer) Residents are also required to carry renter’s insurance. Lafayette Square is responsible for the following: trash fees, real estate taxes, community lighting, garage lighting, lawn care, landscaping and snow removal.
What kind of cable and internet services are available?
Our apartments are pre-wired for Comcast and Verizon Fios. Unfortunately, Direct TV or any type of satellite dish services are strictly prohibited.
Does Lafayette Square require a security deposit or offer short-term leases?
Typically the security deposit is equal to one month’s rent, and a 12-month lease is customary.
Tell me more about your appliances?
Our kitchens feature a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. Every home is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, 50-gallon hot water heater, individual central AC and energy efficient gas-fired heating system with 7-day programmable thermostats.
Does the apartment come with a fireplace?
Some units are equipped with a gas fireplace.
When will new buildings be available for move in in Phase II?
We have completed 4 more buildings in Phase II, but we expect another new building with 10 units to be available for move-in sometime in May 2022! We recommend you click on the Apply Here! tab to get on our waiting list.
If you are interested in an immediate move-in, we require you to submit a Rental Application along with a non-refundable $50 application fee per applicant.
You can submit your completed application by either email to info@lafsq.com, mail to PO Box 10 Sadsburyville PA 19369, or it can be placed in our drop box located at our Leasing Office on site.
Are there garages available for rent?
We do have garages on the property that are available for rent for $150 – $250 per month.
Do you recycle?
We have trash and recycling areas for residents as well as bulk trash pick up.
Are the apartments equipped with smoke detectors?
Our units do have smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, as well as sprinkler systems. These are all maintained by our maintenance department regularly.
Do you have any availability for move-in?
We are Building but currently we have limited vacancy, so please call the office to check our current availability.
I see solar panels on some of your buildings, what is powered by solar?
Our solar panels help us keep community costs at a minimum by powering our exterior lights and street lights, and more importantly help eliminate green house gasses which are major contributors to global warming and help our environment’s sustainability.
