One bedroom apartments can range from $1500 to $1850 per month & Two bedroom apartments can range from $1700 to $2500 per month depending on the size, location, age of the unit and floorplan.

Residents are responsible for paying the following: PECO (Electric and Gas), PA American Water (Water and Sewer) Residents are also required to carry renter’s insurance. Lafayette Square is responsible for the following: trash fees, real estate taxes, community lighting, garage lighting, lawn care, landscaping and snow removal.

Our apartments are pre-wired for Comcast and Verizon Fios. Unfortunately, Direct TV or any type of satellite dish services are strictly prohibited.

Yes, we require renters insurance. Here are our requirements: $15,000 personal property, $2,000 medical payments, $500,000 personal liability, Lafayette Square listed as additional insured.

Typically the security deposit is equal to one month’s rent, and a 12-month lease is customary.

We are Building but currently we have limited vacancy, so please call the office to check our current availability.

We do! In order to secure your spot, go to our website and fill out an application to be added to our waiting list. We can hold a unit! Once your application is approved, there would be a $750 holding fee. This is non-refundable if you decide to not move in. The holding fee would go towards your security deposit.

Our kitchens feature a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal.  Every home is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, 50-gallon hot water heater, individual central AC and energy efficient gas-fired heating system with 7-day programmable thermostats.

We allow up to two dogs and/or cats within our apartments however Pit Bulls, Doberman, Rottweiler and German Shepherd dog breeds are not permitted. All pets must be spayed/ neutered and up-to-date with their vaccinations. We also require a non-refundable pet fee of $350 due at move-in, as well as additional $35 per month pet rent per pet.

Some units are equipped with a gas fireplace.

Our first floor units have a porch, some are larger than others. Our second floor units do have a balcony, some are on the sides of the building and others are in the corner.

We do have garages on the property that are available for rent for $200 – $325 per month depending on the size and location of the garage.

Our solar panels help us keep community costs at a minimum by powering our exterior lights and street lights, and more importantly help eliminate green house gasses which are major contributors to global warming and help our environment’s sustainability.

Parking is included in your rent along with guest parking. There are plenty of parking spaces on our property. We only ask that you do not park in front of a garage.

Our units do have smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, as well as sprinkler systems. These are all maintained by our maintenance department regularly.

Our maintenance department is responsible for the following: a six month check up to change your air filters and battery replacement in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. They will periodically do sprinkler checks. Maintenance is also responsible for any work orders that you need. This can range from a light bulb being burnt out to needing an appliance fixed.

We have trash and recycling areas for residents as well as bulk trash pick up.

Yes! Each unit has its own mailbox and mailbox key. There are black mailboxes outside each building with each unit number on them. This is where your mail will be delivered by the post office. Your packages will be delivered to your front door. You can also put outgoing mail in the slot for the post office to pick up.

No fee for our amenities! They are included in our rent!
